Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mummbl application ("Mummbl" or the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

This page informs you about the terms and conditions governing your use of the Mummbl app. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

When using the Mummbl app, users are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities and code of conduct:

• User-Generated Content

  Users may post text comments and create public notes on the platform. However, users are strictly prohibited from sharing their private information, posting spam or irrelevant content, engaging in harassment or bullying, or using offensive or abusive language.

• Reporting and Blocking

  If a user comes across any inappropriate content or encounters another user who violates the code of conduct, they are encouraged to report the comment or user. Mummbl will promptly review the report and take appropriate action.

• Respect for Others

  Users are expected to treat other users with respect and refrain from engaging in any behavior that may harm, harass, or offend others.

Mummbl reserves the right to investigate reports, take necessary action against violators, and suspend or terminate access to the app for users who repeatedly violate the code of conduct.

3. User Registration

To access and use the Mummbl app, user registration is required. Users are required to sign up using their phone number to create their account. Upon successful registration, users will be able to create their unique @mummbl.com email address, which they can use to subscribe to newsletters.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are advised not to share their account details & login OTPs with others. Any activity that occurs under their account will be their sole responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Mummbl and its related logos, trademarks, and content are the property of Wellmo Services (OPC) Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the app, including but not limited to its design, features, and functionalities, are owned by Wellmo Services (OPC) Private Limited.

Any unauthorized use or infringement of Mummbl’s intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

5. User-Generated Content

Mummbl allows users to generate and submit their own content through the app, such as comments and public notes. It is important to note that users are prohibited from sharing their private information, posting spam or irrelevant content, engaging in harassment or bullying, or using offensive or abusive language while generating or submitting user-generated content.

Users retain ownership of their user-generated content. By submitting content through the app, users grant Mummbl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of providing and improving the Mummbl app. However, Mummbl does not claim ownership of the user-generated content.

Mummbl reserves the right to review and moderate user-generated content. If any content is found to violate the guidelines or terms of service, Mummbl may remove or take appropriate action regarding the content.

6. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and positive user experience, the following activities and behaviors are strictly prohibited on the Mummbl app:

• Violation of Laws

  Users must not engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations.

• Intellectual Property Infringement

  Users must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary rights.

• Disruptive Behavior

  Users must not engage in any actions that disrupt or interfere with the normal functioning of the Mummbl app, its servers, or the user experience of other users.

• Unauthorized Access

  Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Mummbl app, user accounts, or any related systems or networks.

• Misuse of User Data

  Users must not misuse or exploit the personal data or information of other users without their explicit consent.

Mummbl reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of user accounts, in response to any violations of these prohibited activities.

7. Termination of Access

Mummbl reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Mummbl app under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms

  If a user violates the terms of service, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited activities, breaching obligations, or violating the code of conduct, Mummbl may suspend or terminate their access to the app.

• Legal Compliance

  If a user engages in activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations, Mummbl may suspend or terminate their access to the app to ensure compliance.

• User Request

  Users have the option to delete their Mummbl account at any time, which will result in the termination of their access to the app and the removal of their personal data.

In the event of access termination, users will be notified through the app or any other available means of communication regarding the termination and any associated procedures or requirements.

8. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes or issues arise between Mummbl and its users, users are encouraged to reach out to Mummbl Support directly at mummblcare@gmail.com. Mummbl will make best efforts to address and resolve any concerns in a fair and timely manner.

9. Notification of Changes to Terms of Service

Mummbl is committed to providing transparency regarding any changes or updates to the terms of service. Users will be notified of any modifications or updates through the following means:

• App Notifications

  Users will receive in-app notifications within the Mummbl app, alerting them to any changes or updates to the terms of service. These notifications will be displayed prominently to ensure users are aware of the changes.

• Email Notifications

  Users will also receive an email notification sent to their Mummbl email address. This email will contain a summary of the changes and updates to the terms of service, ensuring that users have the opportunity to review and understand the revised terms.

It is the responsibility of users to regularly check for and review any updates or changes to the terms of service. Continued use of the Mummbl app following any modifications to the terms of service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
